Our First Deposit!

Well we cleaned out the piggy bank and took our first trip to the bank! Grand-dad helped Kali roll her coins so they could be deposited in her very own savings account! Here is our high roller!

Baby Gymnastics!

We have started Parent & Tot Gymnastics! This is our first "organized sport"! Yeah! Kali acts as if she has been doing gymnastics for years. I'm sure she has in her head with as active as she is! We probably won't make the next Olympic team, but it's a start. Her favorite thing is summersaulting and just hanging around with her new friend, Gracie!

Easter was great this year! Kali had a lot of fun. We painted eggs with the cutest little roller paints for little kids to use and it worked great. Kali did end up cracking all of the eggs she painted, but she will get the hang of it next year.

I usually work on Easter, so this year was no different. However, Kali enjoys the petting zoo that we bring to Seville! She didn't want too much to do with the baby animals, she went right over to the big ones.

We could be wrong, but cows could be her favorite animal? She fed this calf and followed him around the pen, pointing and saying, "moo, moo". After she fed the calf, she clapped and said, "YEAH".

The Easter Bunny brought fun things and great snacks!

Our Trip to Taiwan!

Well during our missed time of blogging, we took a big Campbell family trip out of the country, to Taiwan! This trip was the first time being out of the country for myself and for Kali. Our flight was about 14 hours and Kali did amazing. Meeting Andy's family and learning about their culture was almost the best part of the trip...the best part of the trip was seeing Andy's Grandma with Kali. She was so proud of her and spent every moment showing her off to her friends! Great Grandma in Taiwanese is "Aso", which after much practice, Kali was able to say by the time we got there. Aso loved hearing her say that!

The entire family made us feel welcome in every way possible. A couple of the younger kids have been learning english in school, so they were happy to translate for us. We learned one thing really quick while there...Kali is and looks every bit of the "american baby" so people were taking pictures of her every place we went. This is no joke...people even tried to take her out of our arms just to take a picture! So I'm sure there are pictures of Kali somewhere in Taiwan and we are missing out on the royalties!!

Over all, wonderful memories were made and it's a trip we will never forget.

Little Musical!

Kali has become very musical! She sings, dances and claps to all kinds of music. If it has a beat, Kali likes it! We all rock out in the car to any and all fun songs, but even when not prompted...she can be found sitting in her booster seat humming to a song and bobbing her head!

Grandma & Papa Belton Came to Visit!

So much fun with Grandma & Papa Belton! They were here visiting for a week in March and we enjoyed every minute of it! Not only did they come, but Aunt Charlotte, Uncle George, Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Mike all came for a weekend visit from California! We are so blessed to have great family who can make anyone laugh.

Well after months of being absent on the blog, we are back! In the months that I have not been blogging, I have learned how to use facebook. It seems that almost everyone these days use facebook, but it's more important to share details and fun things in our blog with family and friends rather than with the world! Time passes so quickly in life, it's time to stop, read and enjoy!

Strolling Along!

Today, Kali finally decided it was cool to walk with her push toy! Her goofy grin was the added bonus! We have 4 teeth now, and the bandaid on her head is covering a gross little bump that the doctor said is infected a little. You would never know she hasn't been feeling good by the look of this video!!

Time flies when your having fun! Kali is the fastest crawler I have ever seen. When her Dad goes into another room, she crawls right after him! And as soon as we got the hang of crawling, we started standing...so here's a little video of her showing off!

We have already discovered that we can do things ourselves! Kali is 7 months old now and is quickly becoming mobile! She can scoot backwards, sit herself up, and when she wants something has figured out that she can roll to get it! Not crawling as of today, but we are moving! She loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and is starting to show favorites now, which is a lot of fun! Can't wait to send more pictures to everyone!

Easter was wonderful this year and Kali was adorable! She was able to pick up the Easter eggs on her own and fun at a petting zoo we had at Seville! Here are some cute pictures to share!

We officially had our first girls only shopping trip to the mall! Kali got a couple new outfits, and thought she needed these sunglasses, but refused to keep them on after I took this picture!

The weather is heating up here and today Kali tried out her new pool! Our first time in our pool, at first she wasn't too sure, but the splashing soon began!

Almost 5 months old now and Kali is rolling over, playing with toys, watching tv, going to daycare and has been sleeping through the night for some time now. Her first Valentine's Day was full of fun and as of today, she is eating baby food!!! Not too fond of baby cereal, we decided to try a vegetable and the sweet potatoes were a hit!!

First Plane Ride!

We made our first family trip to Washington! As parents, we were worried about having a screaming baby on the plane...but we were lucky! Kali was great, she got a little restless on the layover, but on the plane she was great! We spent a week in Washington and Kali met all of her cousins, aunts, uncles, family friends, and of course her Great Grandma! As if the trip wasn't great enough, Kali rolled over for the first time!

I Met Santa!

Today, Kali met Santa for the first time! She got quite a kick out of him. Not one tear, only smiles! She must know he's bringing her toys!

We are just days away from being 3 mos. old, so we put Kali in her Play yard for the first time! She has to have a little help with a blanket in the seat to fill some space, but she holds her head up and is trying to get her hands on all the toys!

Kali had her first experience with getting shots at her 2 month doctor visit. When the nurse stuck her with the first shot, she held her breath and turned angry red to the point where her lips turned purple! Her cry finally let out as loud as a painful cry could, but she was back to normal after a little nap!
